We are a built environment consulting firm and specialist structural engineering practice with offices established in Dubai in 2015. We have delivered projects in the commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, sport and leisure sectors throughout the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Cyprus, Greece, Morocco, Seychelles and Sri Lanka.
Our Design Philosophy
Our firm is built on the philosophy that successful projects are achieved by a holistic approach to design, which aims to create
attractive and economical buildings that are both efficient and sustainable.
We offer a collaborative and responsive service that focuses on innovation, creativity, constructability and technical rigour to develop elegant buildings and structures.
Whether working with a contractor, developer or architect we always start a project with pencil and paper, rapidly sketching out options and alternatives for discussion and evaluation.
This approach allows the fundamentals of a scheme to be refined quickly and designs optimised in respect of the project's economical, functional and aesthetic aspirations. We design using the entire range of construction materials - steel, concrete, timber, aluminium and glass –
and always aim to find innovative ways to use them.
