A luxury residential and hospitality complex comprising of 20 villas and service buildings. The site is located within a picturesque tea plantation and is flanked by the Maskeliya Reservoir on one side and a steep hill on the other.

The architectural style required close integration of the engineering within a complex fabric with other key engineering challenges being the stability of the sloping site and the inclusion a rock trap fence to
protect from the rare event of falling boulders.
