Khor Al Raha Residences - Plots 3-13 and 6-20 in Al Raha, Abu Dhabi

These two large large multi-storey apartment blocks are located on the waterfront in the Al Raha area of Abu Dhabi with a BUA of 30,000 sqm and 23,000 sqm respectively.

These residential buildings were optimised by using post-tensioned concrete floor plates which were the optimal solution for the 12m span floor plates.
