This 4-Star hotel is located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah and offers a year-round sun and sport experience focussed on families. This 500+ key hotel has a BUA of 38,000 sqm and consists of a 10-storey building on a 2-storey podium + basement occupying the entire plot all built on a man-made island. The structural design was a result of an optioneering phase that minimised column sizes and did away with joints in large floor plates.
