We were the peer reviewer for the project and developed value engineered solutions that focussed on an optimised design that improved the overall buildability credentials of the project.

Once we verified code compliance and understood the performance of the structure we developed a construction sequence that minimised floor to floor construction cycles, simplified the core layouts and reduced the material demand, all of which combine to achieve an improved programme and reduced construction costs.
